The Ergo is a technical tool for leashless competition climbing on ice or mixed route climbing with a high level of difficulty. With multiple grip possibilities with double handed grip for change overs, mantles, switching hands and other advanced moves. If you are pulling up and locking off on overhangs the handle maintains the wrist forearm in correct alignment with the direction of the pull.
